Ray specializes in making custom pieces; working with you from initial inspirations through to stone/metal selection and then final design elements. He is a master at bringing your old and treasured pieces back to life and transforming beloved jewelry that you no longer wear into new and exciting pieces.
In the initial appointment we will discuss your project and workshop ideas to
bring your vision to life. Whether you have a clear concept or just a feeling, we'll collaborate to understand your style, story, and exactly what you're envisioning for your piece.
One of our favorite parts of the custom is collaborating on the design process. A hand sketch and/or CAD mold will be created before the piece is cast depending on the design and any stones required will be approved also.
Bring us your heirloom pieces and old gold, we love giving them new life! We can repurpose stones, melt down metals, and incorporate sentimental elements into fresh designs while preserving the emotion. Owing to his unparalleled restoration skills, Griffiths is renowned as a “jewelry whisperer” who takes weathered jewelry and restores it to its youthful structure, sensuality and shine.
Every piece uses eco-responsible refined 18k gold and ethically sourced stones. We offer both mined and lab grown diamonds, vintage stones, and work with trusted suppliers worldwide. Ray is a gemologist and diamond technologist, gem stones are his passion.
Custom pieces typically take 4-8 weeks from final design approval to completion, depending on complexity and any stones
required. Market prices of materials fluctuate so an estimate will be provided but final price
will depend on costs at time of production. We keep you informed and up to date
on each stage of the project.
