Aquamarine and Diamond Signet Ring
A family heirloom antique claw set aquamarine with diamond surround needed to be reimagined for the modern woman.
The original ring was pulled apart and stones were removed, polished and inspected for stability. Ray then designed an 18k yellow gold gypsy ring with recessed split claw set diamonds and claw set aquamarine center stone set against oxidized silver. The diamonds fan around the center stone giving it a snowflake feel, the stones pop and shine against the contrast of the oxidized silver.
The finished piece now reflects the clients modern style and is a wearable everyday piece in her collection.
