Why MaeDay Rescue?

Founded by Natalie Garcia in 2010, MaeDay Rescue was born from a life changing moment. After surviving a traumatic car accident in 2013 where her two dogs were thrown from the vehicle, Natalie dedicated her life to helping animals in need. What began as a personal calling has grown into a vital organization that's creating lasting change for animals across Los Angeles.

MaeDay's mission goes beyond traditional rescue work. While they continue to save dogs and cats from local shelters, the streets, and owners in crisis, their focus is on breaking the cycle that leads to homeless and neglected animals in the first place.

Shelter Rescue & Adoption Funds will help MaeDay rescue vulnerable animals from overcrowded shelters and provide them with medical care, fostering, and ultimately, loving forever homes. From senior dogs to classic mutts (Natalie's favorite), every animal deserves a second chance.
