We offer a 48 hour window after delivery for a full refund, any requests after this period will allow for exchange only and those must be made within 7 days of receipt. Contact us on email@example.com with the details of your order and we will send you a shipping label, please return in original packaging.
All jewelry is subject to a quality control inspection, if the piece is damaged in any way we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange.
Once the return is accepted and processed we will credit your original form of payment, less shipping.
In the event that your purchase is damaged in transit, please take a photo immediately and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch immediately to talk through next steps.
If you buy a gift for someone and they would like to exchange it, we offer that option up to 7 days after receipt. Email us on email@example.com and we will help with that. Gifts can only be exchanged once.
We provide complimentary gift wrapping and 2 day ground shipping on all domestic orders.
In Stock Orders
All orders received before 3pm EST will be processed the same day.
Orders received after 3pm EST will be processed the next day.
Any orders received Fri/Sat/Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Once your order is processed a member of the RGFJ team will contact you via email to update you on your shipping date.
Any resizing or adjustments may add a few additional days, we will be in contact to discuss the details.

Next day delivery or Saturday delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.
We use UPS for delivery and insure all packages for theft and accidental damage whilst in transit. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and all packages must be signed for, once they are we are longer liable.
We will send an email with a tracking number for your shipment.
Special Order and Custom Jobs are firm sale.
The average turnaround time for special/custom jobs is 3-4 weeks, we will keep you updated throughout the production process and let you know when your piece is ready to ship.
We do not process or ship orders on the following company observed holidays:

Absolutely. All international shipments are subject to delivery and customs fees.

Yes we do, its the safest way to ensure you get your gorgeous jewels.

We ship with UPS and USPS. We use JM Insure to help us ship and insure your package to make sure it arrives safely to you.

We would love that, make an appointment to come to the studio.

Yes, we will send all the tracking details once your package is on the way.
