How long will my order take to ship?
Jewelry that is in stock will ship 2 day, all packages have to be signed for upon delivery. Custom orders take around 4 weeks to produce and ship.

Do you resize the rings?
We will work with you before you finalize your order to make sure your ring is the correct size, we offer 1 free resize after this. All resizing is done in the studio so the turnaround is very quick.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
All our jewelry comes beautifully packaged in our boxes/pouches. We can provide further wrapping/gift cards for special occasions.

If I order a piece as a gift and they don’t like it, can they return it?
Yes, for credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Do you offer financing?
We have partnered with Affirm to offer financing.

Can I cancel my order?
Custom orders are firm sale, in stock orders can only be canceled before shipping.


Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. All international shipments are subject to delivery and customs fees.

Do you require signatures for delivery?
Yes we do, its the safest way to ensure you get your gorgeous jewels.

What shipping service do you use?
We ship with UPS and USPS. We use JM Insure to help us ship and insure your package to make sure it arrives safely to you.

I live in NYC, can I pick up my order from your studio?
We would love that, make an appointment to come to the studio.

Can I track my order online?
Yes, we will send all the tracking details once your package is on the way.


What ethical practices do you use in your production?
All of the gold we use is certified eco-responsible, recycled metal. Unlike mining, where approximately 20 tons of waste is generated to produce just one ounce of gold, refining precious metals has virtually no waste.
All our stones are ethically sourced (mined) and Ray loves to find a new jewelry life for as many vintage stones as possible.


What is Crownwork®?
Crownwork® is the grid-like pattern that features in all Ray Griffiths designs.
Crownwork®’s design roots are in Ray’s early training restoring Vintage European Suites of Jewelry. Aside from the distinctive design element, it is the signature of Ray’s work. Crownwork® takes much of the weight from the jewelry allowing Ray’s designs to retain visual heft yet remain light and easy to wear

How do I care for my Jewelry?
All purchases come with a polishing cloth, the easiest way to clean your jewelry is with dish soap and a toothbrush.

Can I take my RGFJ to my local jeweler for repair?
We prefer to do any work necessary on the jewelry in the studio, email us with the issue and we will work with you to get it resolved ASAP.

Where is the Jewelry made?
All the jewelry is made in our studio in New York.

How long do custom jobs take?
Around 4 weeks, depending on the project.


Can I come to the Studio?                                                                                                                                                                         Absolutely, we love visitors.  We are appointment only so feel free to send a message or give us a call on 212 689 7209 to set up a time to come by.

How can I work on a custom order with you?
Contact us here and we will get back to you within 24 hours, Ray is available for phone and FaceTime design consultations.


What can I use my gift card for?
You can use it for anything on the site, you can also put the value towards a custom piece from Ray.

How do I redeem my gift card?
After you have chosen the piece you would like, simply go to checkout and put the number on your gift card where prompted.

Can I use my gift card at retailers who carry your jewelry?
No, our gift cards can only be used directly with us.

What if there is money left on my gift card?
You can apply that towards another purchase in the future.

Can I schedule a gift card to be sent to someone on a specific date?
Yes, there is an option when purchasing a gift card to select the date it arrives in their inbox.

Will a physical gift card be sent?
No, all gift cards are sent by email.
